FAQ
Everything families ask us
Don't see your question? Ask us directly.
›How much does a Golden Noel puppy cost?
$3,000 total. A $500 deposit reserves your place in line, and the balance is due before or at pickup — payable online by card, or in person.
›Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Any time before you lock in a specific puppy on Pick Day, your deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked — there's a refund button in your account. After you've locked in a puppy, refunds are handled case by case under the reservation agreement.
›How does the waitlist work?
First you request a spot and tell us about your home — we read every request ourselves and are choosy about where our puppies go. Once approved, your position is set by the moment your deposit clears — strictly in deposit order. You can see your exact place in line in your account, and it never gets worse: positions only improve (when someone ahead of you refunds or takes home their puppy).
›How long will I wait?
Your dashboard shows an honest estimate of which litter your spot lands in and roughly when those puppies go home. Our mother is bred at most every other heat cycle (roughly every 18 months) so she gets a real rest, and a litter is typically around a dozen puppies — so the estimate is simple math from your position, and it moves with nature, not a sales pitch.
›What if the waitlist is full?
Keep requesting — approved families go on our short list. The moment a spot opens (someone ahead refunds), everyone on the short list gets an email at the same time and the first family to place a deposit takes it.
›What if it's my turn but I'm not ready, or I want a different puppy?
Defer. One tap keeps your exact position for the next litter, with no penalty — whether the timing is wrong or you're holding out for a particular color or temperament. If you miss your pick window, you're simply deferred automatically, never dropped.
›When is your first litter?
We're preparing for our first Golden Noel litter now and will announce timing to the waitlist first. Joining the waitlist is the way to hear it earliest.
›What health testing do the parents have?
We do our utmost to screen out — and never breed — dogs likely to pass on health concerns. Our mother had a full blood panel run for the breed's known genetic markers and was cleared by our veterinarian before she was bred. On top of that, every family gets free lifelong health-record tools, and what families share helps us track which bloodlines stay healthiest so future litters are less susceptible to defects.
›What comes with the puppy?
A veterinary exam before go-home, age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, a written health guarantee, a free lifelong health record on our site, and eight weeks of documented life with the litter — you'll have watched your puppy grow from week one.
›Do you ship puppies?
No. Puppies go home in person from Central Texas, at eight weeks or older. We want to meet you, and we want your puppy's first car ride to be with you.
›Can we visit?
Once a litter is on the ground and past the newborn window, we arrange visits for reserved families. Details are shared with the litter's families directly.
›How do payments work?
Deposits and balances are paid securely online by card (processed by Stripe), with applicable sales tax handled at checkout. You can also pay the balance in person at pickup.
