What we collect
When you create an account or reserve a puppy: your name, email, and reservation details. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Sign-in is via Google or an email link; we never store passwords.
What we use it for
Running your reservation: your place in line, litter announcements, pupdate emails, Pick Day notifications, and receipts. That's it.
What we never do
We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or send marketing on behalf of anyone else. Emails from us are about your reservation and our litters.
Public mentions
If you lock in a puppy, the litter page may show your puppy's name and a short family credit (like “the M. family”). Opt out any time by telling us — your reservation stays fully private.
Your choices
Want your data corrected or deleted, or your account closed? Email hello@goldennoel.com and we'll take care of it. If you have an active reservation we'll process any refund due as part of closing it.
