Includes our puppy Reservation Agreement. The Refund Policy is part of these terms.

1. Who we are

Golden Noel is a small family golden retriever breeding program located in Central Texas. These terms cover use of this website and, together with the Reservation Agreement below, any puppy reservation you place with us.

2. Reservations and the waitlist

A reservation is placed by creating an account, submitting a waitlist request, being approved by us (at our sole discretion), accepting these terms, and paying a $500 deposit toward the total puppy price of $3,000. Waitlist positions are assigned strictly in the order deposits clear. A reservation holds a place in line — it does not correspond to a specific puppy until you select one on Pick Day.

3. Pick Day and deferral

When a litter reaches picking age, families are offered pick windows in waitlist order. During your window you may select an available puppy or defer to a future litter while keeping your position. An expired window counts as a deferral, never a forfeit. We may reasonably limit window length and adjust schedules for the puppies' welfare.

4. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout. The balance (total price minus deposit) is due before or at pickup. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: deposits are fully refundable any time before you lock in a puppy; afterwards, case by case.

5. The puppies

Puppies go home at eight weeks of age or older, in person, from Central Texas. Each puppy goes home with a veterinary exam record, age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, and our written health guarantee. Until pickup and full payment, puppies remain our property and responsibility.

6. Your commitments

You agree to provide accurate contact information, to keep your account secure, and — the one we care most about — to contact us first if you ever cannot keep the dog, at any age. We will always take a Golden Noel dog back.

7. Photos and updates

We share photos and updates of litters and puppies on this site and in emails to waitlist families. After you lock in a puppy, your chosen call name and a family name/initial may appear on the litter page (for example, “Reserved by the M. family”). Tell us if you'd prefer not to be mentioned and we'll keep your reservation private.

8. The honest-limits section

We're a small program dealing with living animals: whelp dates shift, litter sizes vary, and nature outranks any schedule. Where things change, our promise is transparency and the choices described in the Refund Policy — not fine print. Our liability for any claim related to a reservation is limited to the amounts you have paid us. This site is provided as-is without warranties beyond those we make explicitly.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the program grows; material changes will be announced to account holders by email, and continuing to hold a reservation after notice means you accept the update. Questions: hello@goldennoel.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
