How we screen our parents

Before she was ever bred, our mother had a full blood panel run for the genetic markers behind the breed's known hereditary risks, and was cleared by our veterinarian. We do our utmost to screen out — and never breed — any dog likely to pass on a health concern.

It doesn't stop at the parents. Every Golden Noel puppy goes home with free, lifelong health-record tools, and what families choose to share comes back to us as real-world data on our bloodlines — which lines stay healthiest, which don't — so each litter can be less susceptible to defects than the last.
